1. RECRUITING PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER (CONSTRUCTION)

JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise projects, monitor construction progress, plan timely supply of materials, equipment, and machinery to support production activities. Maintain quality control procedures. Direct the implementation of construction according to the design/technical specifications, provide timely technical solutions, and handle any issues or incidents during construction.

2. TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist the Project Management Officer in overseeing various teams, directly monitor and inspect the installation of materials and equipment to ensure they are in the correct position, meet requirements, and adhere to technical specifications.
• Resolve issues that may arise during the construction process. Propose initiatives and technical solutions during construction. Manage and control materials outside of the construction site.

3. GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Record financial transactions, report income and expenditures, manage costs, depreciation, accounts payable and receivable, and VAT.
• Verify and reconcile data among departments, internal units, detailed records, and summaries.
• Examine and record entries for emerging economic transactions.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable. Collect and compile data, documents, and reports for accounting transactions.
• Collaborate with banks, credit institutions, and other financial organizations to propose suitable capital mobilization options based on the company’s conditions.
